An Oscar Nightmare

Here's a little summer game for you.  I'm posting a lyric Howard (with music by Alan Menken) wrote on spec for an Academy Award program.  Think Billy Crystal. It wasn't used but I've always thought it was pretty funny.

The game is simple - can you name all the films he's referring to in the song?  If you first heard of Howard because you grew up on Little Mermaid, you'll need to sharpen your Google search skills.  If you first found Howard through the original production of Little Shop, you'll need to sharpen your memory.

Hint, we're talking the Awards of  1988 (which I guess means films eligible for that year).
